How can I track my case?

Streamline Dental Laboratory is proud to offer an industry leading Online Accounts Platform for our practices. Through which, you are able to track cases, view images of your lab work, review Rx forms, access all invoices, and pay your bill.

How are cases shipped?

We offer same-day shipping for local Manhattan practices; one-day shipping for practices located in the New York City and the tri-state area; and two-day shipping for practices nationwide. Free shipping on your first order; enclose 2+ cases on standard orders for free shipping. Contact us at any time to schedule a pickup or delivery.

Streamline Dental Laboratory uses FedEx and UPS as our main shipping partners in addition to our private courier services to handle all of our cases. Prepaid shipping labels are sent out in supply kits to streamline the process for practices. To receive a supply kit, please visit our Request Supplies page.

How does the lab handle redos?
